Sally also has a master's degree in trauma management, and a degree in counselling. Sally is MBACP accredited and has a wealth of experience within counselling and social work. She utilises person-centred and cognitive therapies as well as techniques found in mindfulness. Together we can have one-to-one counselling, we can work through the things that are on your mind at a pace that is comfortable to you.
