Stort Psychotherapy is the business name for my private practice. Usually it's just myself, Sarah Fahy, working in it, but sometimes I have other therapists working with me under this umbrella. I'm an experienced and qualified psychotherapist and counsellor registered and accredited by recognised national bodies. I work with individuals including young people from the age of 11 and with couples.

I also teach and provide supervision for counsellors, psychotherapists and other professionals. Stort Psychotherapy is based in a discreet and comfortable office in central Bishop's Stortford in Hertfordshire.

These challenges can affect our relationships, our work life, our physical health and, most profoundly, our emotional wellbeing.
