She is a qualified nurse, midwife, teacher and therapist with over 30 years experience as a health professional. Jillian believes that we all have a huge innate potential for personal healing and development. It can be the simplest life change that has the greatest effect on one's health and wellbeing. She considers her role is to empower and facilitate people to release their potential.
She has worked with both male and female clients aged 8 to 80 on a range of physical, emotional & spiritual issues. The Mindfulness Stress Reduction course is recommended by the NICE guidelines to support the management of high stress, anxiety and depression, due to the positive research findings for health and well being and the reduction of relapses in patients with ongoing or chronic conditions.
