Hello, I would like to introduce myself as your potential relationship counsellor - my name is Chris Jefferies, and I provide relationship counselling and marriage counselling for couples and individuals. As a counsellor and psychotherapist I am available for daytime, evening or weekend appointments in High Wycombe, central Marlow or Amersham. Zoom / Facetime / telephone.
I provide counselling both in my private practice in High Wycombe, Marlow and Amersham & online, and also for Relate clients in Central and West London. I originally trained with Relate, and have now been working with them for many years. The counselling environment I look to provide and create is one that is discreet, confidential, safe, and secure; and one where you will not be judged.
It is about reducing anxiety, rather than increasing it. My counselling is about understanding differences, not necessarily right or wrong. This positive trusting environment is one that provides your relationship with the best possible opportunity to recognise the necessary changes and support you through as you take the actions required.
