I offer Individual and Couples counselling in-person and online from my air conditioned counselling cabin in Fleet, Hampshire. I believe in kindness, compassion and understanding and as your counsellor I will work collaboratively with you providing a safe, confidential, space for you to express and process your emotions. I have extensive experience in counselling for a wide range of issues and will tailor your counselling to meet your needs.
Whether you are looking to cope with a specific mental health issue, better manage unpleasant emotions or simply want to feel better about yourself, counselling can help.
I am a BACP Accredited Counsellor / Psychotherapist (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy) working in Fleet, Hampshire, on the borders of Hampshire and Surrey.
My Counselling Style
Counselling provides an opportunity for you to talk about your concerns in a confidential and safe environment. My goal as your talking therapist is to help you develop a deeper understanding of what is happening and to support you in finding ways to manage your emotions, anxieties, relationships, grief and any other concerns you bring to therapy. As a registered BACP counsellor I offer professional, quality counselling.
Talking with a counsellor offers a cocoon, a space to vent, a sounding board, a space where it is safe to honestly sit with your emotions, cry, shout, talk, whatever you need. I will sit with you, listen and offer you a mental ‘first aid kit’ to support you. You are not alone, I am here for you.
Remember, your feelings do not own you, you own your feelings! Find a way to be OK with how you feel and understand why you feel the way you do, when you do.

It’s always daunting starting one-to-one counselling work – it’s a gamble sometimes for both sides to see if there’s a connection that can help. Within such a very short time, I found Caroline’s compassion and patience so emotionally calming, allowing me to feel supported during a very difficult and exposed period of my life. I cannot thank her enough and I cannot recommend her high enough to anyone needing a safe and understanding space.

Caroline has been an amazing help and support for me going through a very tough time in my life. My wife had decided that she no longer wanted to be married to me. I am not sure I would have survived the last 12 months without Caroline’s help. I was very fortunate to find a counsellor with the listening and understanding skills that I needed. So easy to talk to and always there with a tool, technique or approach to overcome every single barrier that was thrown my way. Caroline supported me when I reached rock bottom and has been an integral and vital part of my journey back to being the very best me and only looking forward to the next amazing chapter of my life. Couldn’t recommend Caroline highly enough.
