My name is Jessica Rogers. I am a fully qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor working in a small private practice in Stourport, near Worcester in the West Midlands. I am here to listen, drawing on a range of counselling theories, aiming to provide therapy that is suited to the needs, issues and personal preferences of the client.
I am committed to putting you first, working to professional standards, showing you respect, building an approptiate relationship with you, maintaining integrity, and demonstrating accountability and candour.I work in a quiet, relaxing space and offer both long and short term, confidential counselling to young people, adults, couples and families.
I have experience supporting people who are experiencing a diverse range of emotional and psychological issues in their personal and working lives. My aim is to help you challenge and reflect on current issues, and those in the past, that may be preventing you from moving forward. So, if you are suffering from anxiety, stress and/or long term problems/issues, then talking to a trained counsellor can help you make sense of your situation.

Relationships are not always as easy to maintain as we would like.
They can be full of conflict, pain and confusion.
Relationships also come in many forms: friendships, those with work colleagues, familial and of course, those with our romantic partners.
Pressures on couples can be many and varied; these may include work, finances and the pressures of being part of a blended family.
This latter is part of the progression in society, with parents taking on children from their partner's previous relationship(s) and children emotionally negotiating having step parents; sometimes two homes can present challenges for children and their parents.
