I am a fully qualified counsellor, with a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling (Level 4), a Diploma in Counselling Supervision and a certificate in Cruse Bereavement and Supervision. I offer professional, confidential counselling for a wide range of issues, in a safe and relaxed environment. Counselling can be short term or longer term, dependent on your requirements, and I use an integrative approach, which allows for the individuality of a person and their own uniqueness.
I am non-judgemental, understanding and respectful, and believe that the relationship between counsellor and client is central to the work. I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), working within their ethical framework, for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy. My office is accessible from Teignmouth, Exeter, Torquay, Exmouth, Newton Abbot, Kingsteignton and Paignton.

Services
Counselling provides you with a supportive and private environment, where you can share your concerns in a confidential and safe place, exploring and clarifying problems and possible solutions.
Counselling is about being able to share how you feel about yourself and others and having your feelings heard and respected.
It can help you to recognise and draw on your own strengths and resources, in order to deal with life's challenges in a positive way that is right for you.
Counselling is not about giving advice, but together exploring ways to finding your own answers, making the right choices for yourself.
