Impact North West is owned by Emma Appleby and provides Psychotherapy, Counselling, Coaching, Hypnotherapy and Training to Individuals, Couples, Children, Adolescents, Families and Organisations. With over a decade of training and experience, Impact North West has worked with a broad and diverse range of clients and issues. This wealth of expertise promotes a way of working that accounts for the uniqueness of each client, enabling successful and long term outcomes.
Based on the latest government advice, I am only able to offer online Zoom or phone sessions. When working online, safety, confidentiality and privacy are very important and I always encourage my clients to be in a place where they cannot be overheard during the session. I will be working from my private therapy room just as I would if the session was face to face.
When government advice allows, the option of working face to face can be discussed with the appropriate consideration to the latest safety guidelines. Working with a wide range of areas, including bereavement, grief, relationship issues, separation, anger management, addictions, depression, stress, anxiety and panic attacks, low self-esteem, behaviour management and young people/family issues.

Impact North West is run by Emma Appleby who, prior to starting the practice, spent many years in the education sector as a Teacher, Deputy Head and a Behavioural Specialist, providing training for staff and working alongside multi agency teams to provide positive outcomes for children and their families.
