A confidential counselling and therapy service offered by professionally qualified and experienced psychotherapists at a private practice in Covent Garden. We see individuals, couples and families for a wide range of issues including relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, confidence/self-esteem and those struggling to reach effective decisions.

Additionally, we specialise in treating psychosexual difficulties including those related to sexual performance, low sexual desire and various problematic sexual behaviours. We also offer hypnosis for the treatment of stress/anxiety, depression and the resolution of past traumas.
Services
The pair of counsellors provides a balance of similarity and difference.
Similarity of overall working philosophy therapeutic approach is maintained.
Difference may relate to gender, cultural background and professional experience.
The therapists openly share their views with clients and sometimes have brief discussions during sessions that clients are invited to comment on.
Psychosexual therapy addresses aspects of sexual dysfunction in both men and women relating to sexual interest, arousal, orgasm, performance and psychological attitudes to sex.
Preliminary telephone call to establish whether the co-counselling process fits with what the clients aim to achieve.
A series of sessions, typically inn the range of eight to twelve, although this varies according to specific circumstances.
Sometimes one therapist interviews one of the clients while the other sits and listens in order to give feedback from this observer perspective.
Review sessions are conducted on a regular basis to track progress against clients' expectations.
Sessions typically last for 50 minutes although some clients prefer less frequent but longer meetings.
One session is 50 minutes, but this can be extended to one and a half sessions (75 minutes) or two sessions (100 minutes), subject to availability.
There is none beyond the current session.
We do, however, consider that it is often useful for clients to agree to an initial series of six sessions to enable the development of a therapeutic plan.
This is difficult to assess prior to the initial consultation as individuals' circumstances vary so much.
On average, clients attend approximately twelve sessions.
