Life is not always easy and at times can present us with pain, stress, sadness, and confusion. Our trained counsellors can guide you through life's difficult times. We currently have 3 qualified, experienced supervisors who would be happy to explore the possibility of a supervision contract with you as an individual or with a group. We aim to deliver the best service possible to our clients.
Our priority is to value each client's unique individuality, and with skill, care and compassion enable them to find a way forward towards wholeness, and restoration, reduced confusion, and a return to making decisions; as well as an ability to look to the future in an attitude of hope. Founder, May Gray, was awarded an MBE for Kerith's contribution to Counselling in the West of Scotland.

Services
The Service was established in 2001 by May Gray and a group consisting of counsellors and others with an interest in counselling.
The group's aim was to provide a professional, quality, counselling service for the people of East Kilbride and the surrounding area.
During a period of five and a half years, the service grew considerably.
Local GP's, Social Services and Churches were increasingly recommending our service to those in need of the kind of help KCS was offering.
During 2006/7 it became clear that the organisation was outgrowing the facility at the church premises.
