Services
I am a qualified and fully accredited therapist and supervisor with 22 years experience of working in the public and private sector as a counsellor and arts therapist.
My primary training had a Psychodynamic emphasis, which means I have an interest in exploring the thoughts and feelings driving our actions which are often hidden from our awareness.
I have worked with a wide range of client groups and learned how important it is to be flexible and to tailor my approach to suit individual needs.
An initial session for us to think together about what you would like from counselling.
