Scottish Government advice now allows face-to-face appointments with guidelines in place. We use counselling rooms that are either used by NHS services or are owned by other organisations, and these are not available for us to use yet. We continue to offer telephone counselling as well as Skype, Zoom, WhatsApp or FaceTime appointments for both individuals
