AFCS is a registered national charity providing low-cost, confidential and culturally sensitive mental health and relationship counselling services in five. We have a long history of running special focus projects in collaboration with public and private partners. At AFCS we have a long history of dealing with clients presenting with conditions such as anxiety, depression, panic attacks, postnatal.

AFCS began as a hugely successful pilot project of the National Marriage Guidance Council (now Relate) set up in Bradford in 1983. Why is there a need for multilingual, culturally sensitive counselling services tailored for South Asian communities? The following are some.
Services
AFCS provides a culturally sensitive and completely confidential service where experienced and qualified counsellors provide individual, couple and family counselling in Urdu, Hindi, Gujarati, Punjabi and English.
We provide telephone counselling for clients who are unable or unwilling to come to our office for face-to-face counselling.
AFCS runs various groups on issues such as postnatal depression, depression, self-harm and abuse.
Please contact the office for further information on the groups currently being run.
The nearest tube station is Ealing Broadway.
Come out of the station, turn left and walk to Uxbridge Road.
Take the 207/427 bus towards Southall/Uxbridge and get off at the stop called St Bernards Gatehouse.
Cross the road at the traffic lights and the Triangle Centre is on the opposite side of the road.
We are housed in the building called Pure Life (next to Himalaya carpets).
If coming from Southall, take the 207 bus towards Ealing and get off at the St Bernards Gatehouse stop.
Walk back to the Triangle Centre where we are based.
Over the past years, we have faced significant reductions in government funding due to spending cuts which have worsened in the wake of Brexit.
This has made us reliant on support from the community and the generosity of people like you.
We believe that no one should have to suffer alone when faced with trauma, anxiety or depression.
Any donations made by you will be used to sustain, expand and enhance our services and will ensure that lack of affordability does not hinder those most vulnerable and at-risk from approaching us for help.
