Sometimes it isn't easy to talk about difficulties we are going through, even to people we are close to. Speaking to a counsellor may help. Often we feel like we don't have anyone to turn to for emotional support and need someone to listen to us. CoCo is a safe and confidential space to access one-to-one counselling with a qualified counsellor. Please contact us if you feel that it may help to speak to someone about personal or professional challenges that are affecting your lives.

If we often seek solace in nature, speaking to a counsellor in an outdoor environment may help.
Working with a professionally trained counsellor and nature as co-therapists can allow us to explore and understand what we are going through in a safe and non-judgemental environment.
It can help us get 'unstuck' when confronting personal or professional challenges and can encourage creative and deeper ways of thinking aided by physical activity and proximity to nature.
This service is for all adults over 16 to access one-to-one counselling with a trained and qualified counsellor.
