
I'm a highly experienced Counsellor and Psychotherapist, personally accredited with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I am also a Registered Member of the College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists (COSRT). My aim is to offer you a high quality therapeutic service; providing an open-minded, sensitive and safe therapeutic environment in which you can express inner thoughts and feelings, and understand and deal effectively with your issues and concerns.
I hold a PhD in counselling and psychotherapy and other postgraduate professional qualifications. I have also trained with the Relate Institute, worked within Relate Cymru, NHS primary care, and extensively within private practice. I work with individuals, couples and groups at my consulting rooms in Watergate House, Chester and accept referrals from a variety of insurance providers, including BUPA and AXA PPP Healthcare, Employment Assistance Programmes, NHS England and Wales and clients who want to self-refer.
