Core Process Psychotherapy works with the body, mind and spirit. The Core Process approach offers the opportunity to develop a deep awareness of our embodied experience in the present moment. This approach can lead to lasting change. Core Process Psychotherapy can help us to gain insight into the way things are. To connect with our potential to change the way we do life and the relationship we have with ourselves and others.
All therapy sessions take place within an atmosphere of warmth and respect and a willingness to welcome all that you may bring. Although psychotherapy is predominantly conducted through dialogue, there are many other aspects of the Core Process approach which can include drawing, movement, silence, fantasy, visualisation and more. If appropriate and safe for you, all of these ways of being and doing can form a part of our work together as we develop a therapeutic relationship.
Under certain special circumstances sessions may be available via Skype if appropriate and discussed in advance.
