You may have spent some time thinking about counselling and wondering what to expect. It can seem daunting to talk about your private life, worries or concerns with another person. You may want an opportunity to work through a particular issue or difficult choice. You may be experiencing a life crisis or dealing with relationship difficulties, feelings of low self-esteem or depression.

I am a qualified, registered and accredited counsellor. I am an Advanced Sexual Diversity Therapist and a qualified supervisor. I also deliver training for therapists working with issues of sexual diversity. I have worked as a school counsellor; in an LGBT organisation and a young peoples' counselling service. I have a background in art and many years experience of working with people with learning and physical disabilities.
