These are difficult times for everyone and Lanarkshire Counselling and CBT Centre will do everything it can to support clients and the community through the challenges. Due to the safety measures now introduced across the country we can no longer provide face to face counselling but most of our therapists and trainee therapists are able to offer video or telephone counselling.
Our first priority has been to move existing clients onto new types of delivery. Some of that has been done over the past 10 days and we expect that process to be complete in the next few days. You don't need to take any action, your therapist will be in touch with you. We will then work on allocating clients who have already been assessed but not yet allocated.
Again, no action is required by you. We will be in touch in the course of the coming week. Once all clients currently on our lists are sorted, we will assess our capacity to take on new clients for video or telephone counselling. An online enquiry form will be created and we will post a notice when we reach that stage anticipated to be at the weekend.
