I graduated with a diploma in hypnotherapy in 2013 and an Advanced Diploma Psychotherapeutic Counselling in 2015. I am an accredited member of The National Counselling Society and a member of The National Hypnotherapy Society, both of which are on the Professional Standards Authority Accredited Register. I adhere to the code of ethics and professional standards set out by both these organisations.
I am an Approved Therapist for Anxiety UK, a national charity that provides counselling, hypnotherapy and resources for those suffering with Anxiety. Since qualifying I have continued to update my training and professional development and I have a special interest in treating Stress & Anxiety Disorders and their related conditions.
