During twenty years teaching and training in schools and commerce I had always been a firm supporter of complimentary therapies.
My interest grew further still with my studies in yoga and meditation and I went on to complete a Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling, a further two years training in Couple Counselling, as well as training in CBT, (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy).
I am currently extending my professional qualifications to include Adoption Counselling.
MY work includes a private counselling practice, clients for the NHS, counselling students in school and teaching and training.
