Life can throw all sorts of obstacles at us. Sometimes we simply need to talk to someone who is prepared to listen without judgement; who does not 'give advice' but merely holds the space for personal reflection, growth and development. It takes courage to take these first steps. As a registered and accredited member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP), I am an independent, experienced and professional counsellor / psychotherapist and an approved Adoption counsellor for Barnardo's.

I work with children, young people and adults, including couples, across a broad range of client concerns, for example, relationship issues, affairs and betrayals, family issues, depression, anxiety and generalised anxiety disorder and trauma. I compliment my private practice in Liphook, Hampshire which is close to Midhurst, West Sussex and Haslemere, Surrey with working for 2 counselling charities, social services, BUPA, Aviva, Axa PPP Healthcare, Aetna Global Benefits, The Priory and in education.
