Services
Fegans will work with a family for between three to eight sessions, via 1-to-1 intensive support, looking at building good relationships between the parents and their children, understanding the causes of behaviour and identifying where things are not working.
Referrals for families can be made by schools, Early Help, church workers, or any other agencies involved with the family.
Fegans operates a bursary scheme for families unable to meet the whole cost of the sessions.

This course will provide an overview of key considerations when thinking about engaging with people from a diverse range of backgrounds.
It will focus on racial identity and how that might play out within the therapy space, however, using the intersectionality approach we will be able to translate this to other situations.

Due to the success of our pre-school in Maidstone, we are looking for additional bank staff who are enthusiastic, reliable and have a passion for working with young children.
Ideally, we would prefer a candidate with previous childcare experience and a minimum of a Level 2 qualification in childcare, however this is not essential.
The position would be term time only to support the Buttons ABC team on our busiest days, and would be a bank contract only.
Nicola is used to seeing most of her clients face to face, but she's had to adapt to a new way of working.
Ideally, we would prefer a candidate with previous childcare experience and a minimum of a Level 2 qualification in childcare, however this is not essential.
