At some point in their lives many people experience feelings of anxiety, depression, fear of failure, or the stress of everyday living. This can be caused by relationship issues, work commitments, loss, or traumatic events. At times like this it can be difficult to talk to friends and family. Counselling is about sharing these problems with a professional therapist who by being impartial can help you understand what may be happening and why you react the way you do in certain situations.

My aim as a counsellor is to create a therapeutic relationship so you feel safe to explore what is concerning you. I offer a supportive environment to help you feel accepted and understood without feeling judged or criticised. I am accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and adhere to their code of ethics. I offer absolute confidentiality to help you explore the problems that are overwhelming you.

I aim to provide you with insight and empower you to live your life in a more productive way.
