Relate Derby and Southern Derbyshire's dedicated team have been supporting local people for over 70 years. Our specially trained counsellors are experienced in working with adults, children and young people.
We work closely with Relate Chesterfield, delivering services across Derbyshire and East Staffordshire. Derby is our main office from where we provide counselling services. However we also have outposts in: Burton, Belper, and Ilkeston. We are a nationally recognised centre for supporting people living with autism. We are an approved NHS provider of psychological therapies.

As part of their Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT), we provide free and high quality talking therapy services for adults and young people (16 - 18 years old) who are living in Derby and Derbyshire and are experiencing depression, anxiety, and relationship problems.
