I am a qualified MBACP counsellor, my private practice in Maidstone Kent is based on the individual needs of my clients, through movement and change positive outcomes appear. My main training is in humanistic therapy, I am a very experienced counsellor, and have had a wide range of clients and experiences working for the heart of kent hospice on bereavement issues, and also working within GP's surgeries and their NHS referrals system.
As we all experience many different feelings and emotions, and uncomfortable issues throughout our lives, through changes we learn to grow and move forward. HPA Hypnosis is a naturally occurring state of mind, in which the brain responds to information with a similar set of open rules that apply to dream logic.
