How many times have we all thought, at some point in our lives that talking to friends and family is not enough. How many times have we all thought how great it would be to be able to talk to someone freely, without worrying about saying the wrong thing or upsetting anyone. To be able to talk to someone in confidence, who listens without judging, criticising or making us feel guilty.
We would like to take that first step, but we do not contact someone because we think that we have failed somewhere. We also worry about what people will think if we tell them that we are seeing a counsellor. The reality is that at some point in our lives we can all benefit from counselling or psychotherapy, irrespective of whether the issue is an unresolved one from the past, a present issue we are struggling with, or even when we do not know what the issue is, but we know that something is not right.
Counselling and psychotherapy helps us to understand our behaviours, equips us with life skills that allow us to cope and deal with situations, increases self-awareness, enriches life and helps overcome the challenges of life.

Services
Sessions last approximately 1 hour, however keep in mind that there is a possibility that the first couple of sessions may last longer at no extra charge.
I also provide telephone and Skype counselling depending on your situation and/or location.
Sessions are booked on a weekly basis at a regular time; however there is flexibility to arrange sessions depending on your situation.
There is no time limit on the duration of the therapy (i.e. 6 or 12 sessions), we will continue for as long as you find it beneficial and are achieving results.
