Lucy Earle Counselling
Most people, at some stage or another in life, feel confused, anxious, depressed, isolated, stressed, or unable to cope. You may find yourself stuck in negative patterns of behaviour, not knowing how to break free and move forward? You may know there's something wrong and would like to make a change but are unsure of where to start? You may have undertaken counselling before and prefer to look for a different counsellor or approach this time?

Sometimes events that have happened in the past can affect the way that you live your life today. It is often useful to get someone's perspective on things who is objective, understanding and who will not judge you, someone who isn't a family member or close friend. To take the time and space to explore your feelings, to try to make sense of them in a way that you may not have done before, to help put the pieces of the jigsaw puzzle together.
Services
I am warm, supportive, insightful and trustworthy.
My greatest strength, as a Counsellor, is my ability to show sensitivity and compassion to people from a wide variety of backgrounds on a wide range of issues.
No issue is too small.
I am worldly wise, having travelled extensively, and I lived and worked in all four corners of the US for 14 years.
I work in an active, (& proactive), participatory style, using CBT where appropriate, and I guide clients in exploring their options/choices in life.
The work we have done together has really given me back the confidence and power to control my own life, by seeing things a bit more clearly and having the courage to make some difficult decisions.
You have a wonderfully gentle, yet perceptive approach which enabled me to make quick progress in resolving some of my issues, and I would happily recommend you to others as I am sure that working with you would benefit them, too.
It was lovely to work with you.
Thank you, Lucy!
I have been seeing Lucy over the past 6 months and she has helped me tremendously in understanding myself and the emotional issues I had been dealing with.
I have a private practice in Haslemere close to the A3.
My fee is 60.00 for individual, one hour session, 75.00 for couples, but I am always open to negotiate the fee and to take into account personal circumstances.
I am very flexible and offer daytime, evening, and also, week-end appointments for those who are unable to attend during the week.
I offer telephone & video counselling for those who prefer this to face to face counselling.
