Dovelight Wellbeing
Providing a nourishing and nurturing environment, we will help empower you in your choices and in your life. Sometimes we have feelings of sadness, frustration, fear or anger, perhaps not always knowing why. We can suppress or hide our feelings and often we don't know how to help ourselves. At dovelight, we have a number of qualified counsellors who can listen and help you with any area of your life you might be struggling with.

Our counsellors allow our clients to flourish and expand in a safe space and atmosphere of mutual trust. They can walk part of your journey with you, a steady arm when you need it until you are ready to take the smooth road into your future. At dovelight we also offer a range of supportive therapies that help you keep yourself well and help you feel your best self.

Breathwork, Reiki, Reflexology and Movement Medicine help bring the mind, body and spirit into balance. Your whole health is our focus and commitment.

Hi! I'm Morag, founder of dovelight wellbeing.
My vision for this centre began at a time in my life when my own path was transforming.
Looking back, I have lived many lives, experienced many adventures and faced quite a few challenges.
Family is very important to me; I have three wonderful children, now grown.
Part of my life I spent as an English teacher before training as a Person-centred counsellor.
This work has inspired and humbled me.
Being trusted and given the preciousness of truths, has been an honour.
A visit to dovelight will be an inspiring experience.
Clients can relax in our waiting room; reading or writing or trying their hand at a chess move while enjoying soft zen music.
Your session will take place in one of the many colourful rooms at dovelight, after which you can spend some mindful time in our therapy garden.
Our therapy garden is handcrafted and unique.
It is quite magical, with opportunities to sit in the willow dome or walk through the fruit and herb garden.
Spending quiet time in nature can help us lower stress, connect to our senses and practice mindfulness.
