I specialise in anxiety, panic attacks, stress, confidence, self-esteem, IBS, Fibromyalgia, relationship issues and sports performance. I am also trained in EMDR and a registered practitioner of the BLAST Technique (Bi-Lateral and Analysis Stimulation Treatment).

I use a number of psychotherapy techniques such as cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy, BWRT, hypnotherapy, mindfulness, and NLP to help people address the problems in their lives. I am a registered BWRT practitioner. I am registered with the Association for Professional Hypnosis and Psychotherapy (APHP) and a member of the Terence Watts BWRT Institute.
