You are probably reading this because confusion, sadness, anxiety, unhappiness, loss, addiction, life events have or are threatening to derail your life. I am a qualified senior social worker, counsellor (BACP accredited) and supervisor. For 12 years I worked in a psycho-social-spiritual care team in a hospice. Prior to this I worked in social work settings in hospitals, with families and within mental health and I have managed a district team of social workers.
Most recently I have worked as a Wellness Coach as well as setting up my private practice. Thus, I have many years of experience working with people of all ages, facing all the above conditions. In counselling you can expect that I will offer you a safe space in which we will explore your story together. Some questions may inevitably remain unanswered, but I will help you reach understanding and peace for yourself so that you can find a comfortable and positive way forward.
