I specialise in helping men and women experiencing anxiety, stress and overwhelm to regain a sense of balance so they can get back to enjoying life. It's not so long ago I too struggled to meet the demands of life, work and raising a family.
Increasing responsibilities led to more demands on my time and I often felt stressed and anxious without knowing what to do about it. Eventually this leads to feeling unimportant and not valued and just wanting to shout " What about me"? I struggled on without any support so unfortunately the situation didn't end well.
It took a long time to understand what had happened, and eventually, having therapy myself was hugely important in helping me to understand what was really going on and develop strategies to create a more fulfilling life.So now, even though life still has it's ups and downs, and the demands of work and life are different, I'm able to deal with them with a greater sense of perspective, always being mindful of self-care to ensure a sense of value and balance.

The therapy room is a comfortable, safe, confidential environment for you to take time to explore, understand and take action towards making changes in your life.
If you decide to continue with further sessions, I may make a recommendation about the number of sessions I feel you may need, but the choice will be entirely yours.
After all, you'll know when you've made progress!
In any event, we will review progress regularly.
The approaches I use will be dictated by your individual circumstances, needs and preferences.
